Redbreast 12 Year Cask Strength

Wow, so much more complex then the watered down version. This comes around to a nice full finish that the non-cask strength was lacking. This is one of my new favorites to stock in my bar.

Vanilla aroma, very mild and smooth

Note: special small batch edition. Rich and sherried. The palate is dark, good oakiness. The palate is buttery and rich, with a good amount of sherry. The finish is long and rich, with chocolate and rich oak.
