Reviewed September 25, 2019Decided to go with this instead of bourbon tonight. On the nose there is strong citrus. It starts with a light feel and a hint of lemon peel. The finish is medium and gets spicer before it finishes. A good pour and Redbreast is my favorite Irish but I think my game is still bourbon!
