Redbreast 21 Year

What a complex nose. Everything from smoked meat to fruity sherbet. Bread as well. Definite pot still malt smell, but so much more. Smooth on the tongue. This tastes like concentrated peach juice, that's the predominant flavor. Some smoke, some toast, some toffee, every sip brings something else. Some lingering bitter chocolate. Long finish.
