Redbreast Cuatro Barriles

Soft on the nose with a light wood and figs. Spicy cinamon up front which disipates to a subtle dark berry note. Im left with a light caramel like flavor on the back of my palate.

Different to rest of the Redbreast family. Reminded me of those books you read about the old spry, crackle sort of pot still whiskey. Gingery with popping cola candy sort of taste.
