Two Stacks 2009 Single Grain Mezcal/Tequila cask finish
Single Grain — Ireland, Ireland
Reviewed July 16, 2025A bite up front that disappears quickly. Not much smokiness from the mezcal but a touch. You get that tequila touch on the back. Pleasant, especially for the abv. -

Mellow on the nose. A lot of caramel with a light clove like spice and soft wood. The tongue starts off melow as well, with flavors of dried fruit evolving into a clove and cinnamon spice. Its mouth coating and it leaves a lingering burn that fades into a subtle caramelly sweetness. Complex with the cask strength only truly coming through in the end.200.0 USD per Bottle
