Redemption Wheated Bourbon

Great tasting bourbon with a lot of caramelly flavor and minimal burn. A good sipping bourbon to keep on hand. Only drawback was a disintegrating cork that left residue in the bourbon.

Lacks flavor

Smooth and sweet start with burst of hot spice on pallet. Touch of smoke and warm burn going down.

Wheat, vanilla, and maple on the nose. Palate is slightly sweet and slightly smoky, picking up bite of toasted wheat and syrup.
