Redwood Empire Cask Strength Emerald Giant (2023 Release)

If wintergreen and maple syrup had a baby. Amazing mouthfeel

Minty rye, lime oil, burnt figs, muted vanilla oak. Slightly dry finish. Oily, easy drinker. Mild but lingering finish.

This was really tasty and a big step up in flavor and depth over the regular giant. Highly recommended and a great value when you can find it.
