Redwood Empire Pipe Dream Bourbon

Surprisingly crisp and smooth. Hint of sweetness, but not a brown fruit sweet. More like a spiced pear cider. Light finish, wish it lingered longer. A little bit of honey and vanilla on the retronasal.

A nice spicy smooth bourbon. Enjoyed and look forward to trying more from Red Empire.

Decent bourbon but has an unusual sweet and spicy combination that isn’t very good

Sweet. Hints of cherry, honey, and cinnamon. Very Smooth and enjoyable and to be honest a Bourbon I would recommend for people just starting in Bourbon. With a low proof and sweet taste (little bite) it will leave them interested to taste more.
