An oaky, Cognac by Domaines Francis Abecassis in Cognac, France crafted in a pot still before being aged in highly toasted French oak casks for 4 years. It has an aromatic birth with notes of fruit peels, nuts, wood & spices; while a rich life adds notes of caramelized & stewed fruits, grilled grapefruit, toffee apple & grape; that led to a woody death of medium length with notes of oak, walnut & vanilla. Nose of orange peel, wood, vanilla, white cake. Palate vanilla spice grapes dried fruit, a bit over sweet. Sweet and fruity finish.
