Reyka Vodka

Very little on the nose. This was purchased because 90% of the bottle is going to be used to make a homemade infusion, so we wanted something neutral bur would not taste cheap. I think this fits the bill well. You could sip it without wincing, but it works best as a mixer.

I'm very new to Vodka. Until now, everything I've tried has lacked character and had little of what I'd call flavor. Reyka is a completely different experience. Reyka starts with a very light nose; acetone with light sweetness, but neither is overwhelming. The flavor is an absolute treat, very sweet with slight smoke and acidity - think lightly toasted marshmallows. I've only sipped it neat, but I can imagine it would be exceptional in a cocktail. I will definitely keep this one on hand.

Actually smooth in small sips on its own, a little sweet, so purity is questionable, but the taste is clean and holds up well when mixed.

Drank neat and with ice. Smooth, touch of lemon and citrus. You can smell the grain and taste on the back end. Very nice drink.
