Rittenhouse Rye Bottled in Bond

Great rye to mix with some ginger ale. This is currently my personal rye that I will mix but it can also be enjoyed on the rocks. Fairly traditional rye with a solid spice and good finish.

Pretty delicious rye for the price point. Smooth and spicy for the proof as well. Faint notes of marzipan on the way out. It’s about what I expected.

Lots of complexity, got some heat but not as much as I expected.

Spice and ethanol on the nose. Cinnamon, black pepper, dark chocolate round out the mouth. The heat is in the finish. Not amazing, but excellent value under $25.
