"The nose begins with crème brûlée, and also offers spearmint, rye spice, green oak, and cinnamon. The palate is thin, and heavy in baking spices, with cloves and nutmeg, along with ginger snaps, and parbaked doughiness. The finish is drying, with tannic wood, barrel char, cedar, pine needles, and bitter Baker's chocolate. "
