Nose: strong orchard fruits (pear) at first, sugar sweetness, hint of floral notes, subtle warming spices. Almond. Biscuit. Palate: soft, creamy start. Sweetness. Spices coming forward from mid to late palate. Finish: oak and spices, bitterness.

Sweet - vanilla - some spice - little nutty

Bourbon corn and pepper on the nose. Sweet and caramel on the palate. The finish has the lingering spice and vanilla. The finish has been the best part so far... I usually enjoy the nose the most. Adding a little water... The nose opens up a bit, and I start to smell some stewed apples in nutmeg and ginger. More spice and caramel on the palate, it tastes like a bourbon... with that sweet charcoal spice from the charred barrels. The finish continues to linger with strong peppers and chili.

Nice for blended. Not peaty.
