Russell's Reserve 13 Year Bourbon (2022 Release)

Fantastic flavors. Such a nice bite and great flavors. Worth every penny.

The nose is not great, but the flavor is great and full of complexity. A lot of bright cherry especially in the finish.

Darker and richer with less fruit than last years. It's more classic turkey to me than last years was and a better finish although over all the finish is still a bit short.

On the nose it's oaky, like alot more oaky than batch 1. But behind that oak there's a ton of vanilla, cherry, brown sugar, and cinnamon. On the palate it's a whole other experience. It's stupid smooth with a ton of mouth coating vanilla. At 114.8 proof you'd never know it on the first few sips. In addition to the vanilla bomb you get the perfect amount of spice with some hints of cherry syrup. The finish is long and memorable. This is quality juice!

Smells like caramel, oak, cherry, vanilla, and char. Tastes like cherry, oak, caramel, sweet, and fruity. Has a bit of alcohol burn.
