Russell's Reserve 6 Year Rye

Nose: lifesaver, little bit of orange zest Palate: minty, spicey, wheat bread, balanced Finish: decent, but not terribly long Overall: I like this rye, but I wouldn’t say it’s memorable. That’s my take on a lot of Russell’s pours.

Solid. I like the russells reserve bourbon so wanted to give this a try. Definitely a rye but in all ghs good ways. Spices are present and its sweet and approachable.

Sweet. Spicy. A little warming.
