"Sacred Old Tom Gin begins with mint, fennel and aniseed, as well as a good amount of caraway and licorice, this could be mistaken for aquavit almost. A little more fruitiness on the palate is brought in the form of orange peel and other citrus fruits. Complex and interesting, and a total winner."
