In 2021, the Sam Houston Kentucky Straight Bourbon brand released its 6th and 7th batches of its bourbon. Aged 15 years, this marked the oldest batches for the brand to date. Each release was blended and batched in either 2 or 3 barrel batches and were released on a state by state basis.
