Sam Houston 15 Year Kentucky Straight Bourbon

GA-2 Nose: cherry pie, oak, sweet tart, green apple, milk chocolate, barrel dust Palate: red fruit, spice, hotter than 103, late caramel, coating, viscous Finish: moderate to long, floral, mild astringency-drying, faintly bitter Better after some air, very good but still over priced. Would be spot on at $75-85. Probably will not replace it when gone.
