Tasting Notes
"Butterscotch and apricot preserves take the lead on the nose, followed by honey and violets. The palate offers grapes dusted in sugar, chrysanthemum bud, white peaches, marzipan, and honey-roasted peanuts. The finish is short in length, showcasing tartness from raspberries and lemon oleo saccharum, as well as tannic oak and potpourri. "
