Shenk's Homestead (2022 Release)

Caramel and green apple. Smooth

Heavy coffee caramel flavor with a lot of deep undertones of fall rich flavor- maple, toffee. Not much of a finish, but very enjoyable

7.9 Marshmallows, rasins, dark sugar

Heavy cherry notes and light paralysis on the tongue. Flavor notes are sinilar to Woodford Reserve but barrel/ aging process seems to make the difference.
