Tasting Notes
"The difference between this whiskey and its infant sibling is pretty remarkable. The heavy petrol and acetone is replaced by multigrain cereal and honey with black pepper and heaps of clove and allspice. The unifying element is an undertone of candle wax with a vanilla tinge, though not of the synthetic scented variety. Finishes hot and alcoholic with strong oakiness and charcoal, only slightly tamed if sipped with a rock. "
