Tasting Notes
"A sparkling nose of vanilla, plump raisins, brown sugar, maple and rum characters highlight classic Canadian whisky spices like cloves and citrus peel. The mild oak on the nose transitions to sandalwood then branches to an easy drinking palate with a rum-like sweetness. Rye barrel spices burst with caramel, pepper and citrus zest. A refreshing bitterness compliments the rum notes through the dry cereal grain finish. "
