Signal Hill Canadian Whisky

Nose is malty, old plums. Remarkably smooth and very little gasoline. The real stamp of the thing is how sweet it is - nearing italian aperitif.

In his price range it’s maybe ok, however nothing to be revealed/tasted here

Nose: Brown sugar, cloves, citrus peel, raisins and a rum-like nose. Palate: A touch of oak and a developing ginger root spice. A sweetness like a rum with raisins and vanilla. Finish: Spicy and dry with a bit of sweetness lingering.

With sweeter notes of vanilla but not too overpowering. Unlike other canadian whisky that I find too sweet this is a balanced to verging on sweet whisky. I enjoyed!
