"The first impressions of this unaged spirit are what you'd expect: somewhat astringent, sweet, lightly herbal. It calls to mind the experience of buying corn from a roadside stand. It's surprisingly oilier than anticipated. A touch of mint comes through the grain sugars with the strangest little hint of mocha that will keep you sipping--even if you're not a white whiskey fan."
