Nice. Very nice. The uncut unfiltered is better but this is pretty damn good. High rye. Spicy. Nice.

Who is quickly becoming my favorite bartender provided a sample of this. Hadn't planned on having a Bourbon tonight, but I enjoyed the taste so much that I ordered a glass. Was a perfect after dinner Bourbon. Brown sugar and Maple in both flavor and Aroma.. With a nutty flavor as well. I did see another review (while tasting sample) mention French Toast. Yeah, I get it. Definitely a good amount of spice from Rye and nice black pepper notes. Would never guess it's 100 proof as it's silky smooth. Two drops of water accentuate the spice, which is nice here. Will definitely have this again.

Nose: not a lot going on. Maybe a little spice. Palate: definitely different than the straight bourbon and the uncut unfiltered. Very very tame palate. Jeez is this bottle smooth. Almost like caramel cake in liquid form. Just no burn at all. A little rye comes through in the middle. Finish: medium short length. Butterscotch candy. Overall: decent for the price. Definitely is completely different from the other two styles I’ve tried of theirs. But perhaps the smoothest bourbon I’ve ever had for 100 proof. I dig
