Tasting Notes
"On the nose, this aquavit is rich and funky, with notes of malted grain, lemon, dill and caraway. It's a bit spicy on the palate, and somewhat reminiscent of a young whiskey. Herbal notes of dill and coriander is complemented by the rich sweetness of the base spirit. There's a touch of fennel and sweet lemon on the palate as well. This is a versatile base for stirred or shaken cocktails, and is also easily enjoyed on its own."
