It launched in 2019 with two expressions. The Danish-Style Aquavit is made by infusing six botanicals, including caraway, gooseberry and rose hip, in a neutral spirit made from rye, corn and barley.

AquavitAquavit (aka akvavit) is a predominantly caraway and/or dill flavored spirit made using a neutral spirit base distilled from potatoes or grain. Other botanicals can be used and it can be aged, but neither are required. Traditionally made in Scandinavia, but can be produced anywhere.
Tasting Notes
"This Danish-style aquavit starts off with a mild floral aroma. Its flavor is also somewhat mild compared to its Swedish counterpart. There a fresh citrus element to start, and a complex, pine- and caraway-forward flavor follows through to the finish. "
