Tasting Notes
"Spica 20 Year starts things off with a pretty big hit of burnt caramel followed by cherry syrup and cinnamon buns. There's damp wood, rose petals and marzipan as well. The sweetness of the grain whisky seems to have been elevated by the sherry casks. The palate is oily and flavorful with plums, dates and other dried fruits, with just a hint of orange zest and gunpowder."
