Tasting Notes
"The Marsala influence is absolutely noticeable, but never overpowers, which is not always easy with fortified wines. The nose displays notes of orchard fruits like red apple skin and stewed pears. The palate is nicely integrated, with a syrupy sweetness originating from the Marsala. Finally a touch of orange and coffee bitterness, followed by a whiff of oak."
