Located in Pflugerville, Texas, the Spirit of Texas distillery was created by three friends. They built two custom stills for their distillery. The rum is distilled using molasses and blended to 80 proof.

Silver RumAKA Blanco, Light, White. Rum that is usually aged (but not always) and carbon-filtered to remove any color. No specific type or size barrel required. No set time required for aging for most countries with a few exceptions.

Tasting Notes
"The aroma provides notes of butterscotch, vanilla, and light citrus notes. As you taste, the rum shows vanilla and butterscotch found on the aroma. There is a nice black-pepper pop balanced by a lightly acidic dried orange peel note. While the liquid is tad oily across the teeth and tongue, the flavors blend well to create a bittersweet finish that lingers on the palate."
