"Ripe apples fill the nose, like strolling through the rows of an orchard, along with violets, honeysuckle, and butterscotch. The palate brings together baking spices of cinnamon and nutmeg, along with cocoa powder, tannic oak, and traces of mint, pepper, and herbs. The finish is short and easy, with honey, vanilla, burnt cassia bark, and more orchard fruits. "
