Springbank 15 Year

Salted caramel, dashes of vanilla, oakiness and a mild funk reminiscent of wet hay, later on some prune/red berry notes emerge along with some mild nutty notes from the sherry, there is also slight whisps of peat smoke near the finish but much lighter than anything longrow. The finish takes some of the wey hay, prune and peat with mild baking spice that lasts medium length.
