Reviewed November 30, 2025Intense herbs and anise on the nose. Taste is more woody and bitter, absinthe flavors then anise on the finish. Not at all bad straight. -

Reviewed February 9, 2025 (edited March 4, 2025)A complex herbal apéritif / cordial from Californian distillery St. George Spirits that has a floral birth while a complex life adds notes of anise, nettle, lemon, wormwood, earthy hyssop & fennel; that led to a long & bitter death. Stinging Nettle adds a twist to this intense anise liqueur, it is supposed to make your mouth tingle (numb). April 2016 / March / September 2017 -
