St. George Baller Single Malt Whisky

A lighter whisky on the palete. white grape, light oak, cedar oil, hay, dill/fennel and some pings of floral notes and once it hits the finish its medium length with a dry lightly herbal finisb. Very unique whisky!!

Subtle leather is sweeter / fruitier than Japonese whiskies ive had. Very airy mouthfeel that evaporates on the tongue. This is a must try for the experience alone.

Nose is saltines, flowers and pear. Very light and abruptly different from the Balcones American single malts i’ve been trying lately. The palate brings smoke and oak and the tropical notes the bottle promises. Delicate, smoky, fruity—representing the light, honeyed end of the USA single malt spectrum.
