St. George Baller Single Malt Whisky

So unique!! Has a fruity smell/flavor but also spicy, but also smoky scotch. The fruity smell reminds me of a smell I would associate with a fruity IPA. (But doesn’t taste anything like an IPA)

Sweet, floral, some interesting herbal notes on the finish. Some heat throughout

Really embracing a lot of unique smells and flavors in my first taste. There is some of that dank medicinal that Islay scotches like Laphroaig invoke but with a very floral and perfumed funk as well and umm dry white wine? Some people will be repulsed by this nose. I'm digging it. The orchid in the swamp?

Sweet, very floral. Great floral smokey aftertaste. Light smokiness without the burn

Different....in a good way. American whiskey boldness meets Japanese whiskey herbalness and then meets Scotch whiskey Smokiness.
