This is a very complex gin, as is fitting for a gin with so many botanicals (and its name). Ultimately, after a few sips neat the botanicals accumulate into a spicy, turnip, celery, root vegetable note for me, which is very pleasant. Takes a few sips, though, before the mass of botanicals becomes clear.
In G+T or TC or a Summer or Spring cocktail in general, this gin sings, as the different botanicals diffuse and latch on to flavors in the overall drink. I perceive it as a lighter and more focused gin as compared to Drumshanbo (my favorite gin).
