Closer to whiskey then gin, Think aged whiskey infused with Juniper instead of a traditional gin. Would make a better whiskey cocktail, perhaps Manhattan, instead of a martini. Not at all offensive, but a three instead of higher because you would have to custom tailor a cocktail to this spirit.
