Starward Nova Single Malt

Fruity nose. Very well balanced. Fruity, oaky, spicy, creamy. Bananas, berries, peppers. Delicious.

I really wanted to like this one super interesting from Australia. Nose up front gives off a ton of fruit, initial taste is malt with the same fruit on the nose, this, unfortunately, doesnt last long. Weak mid palate and a lesser than enthusiastic finish leaves much to be desired.

Fruity, vanilla on the nose. Same on the palate. Short finish.

Harsh. There is good colour and nose from the barrels, but this still tastes really young and strong. Not a fave.

Malt, honey, berries, spices, creamy mouth feel, a little bitterness on the medium length finish. Nice whiskey, but I liked the two fold a little better.
