Tasting Notes
"The smokiness is subtle and integrated, but it's there. Aromas of mesquite, hop blossoms, bittersweet chocolate and pear waft out of the glass. The palate takes on more sweet smoke and spicy heat, with notes of almond butter, cooked apples and pears, cocoa and baking spices. The peatiness (more on the sweet than the briny or rubbery part of the spectrum) carries through into the finish, along with fruity sweetness and a dash of black pepper. "
