Stranahan's Colorado Whiskey (Discontinued)

Honey on the nose, maybe some malt. Super strong flavor, lots of honey and oak. Graham cracker and honey on the tail. Good body. With some water more vanilla and oak shines.

Sharp alcohol on the nose. Would benefit from more aging. Palate is smooth pudding and had a richness that dies too quickly. Again would benefit from more aging.

This is a single malt American whiskey it's not Bourbon or Scotch. I'm not sure why other reviewers are confused. I love this whiskey. I taste fruitcake,cinnamon,nutmeg and honey. Excellent neat, it's a little pricey but I would buy it again.
