Stranahan's Sherry Cask

Smell: you can smell fruit and sherry Taste: tastes like it smells. Pretty smooth.

First sniff has a sweet smell of cherries, apples and butterscotch, first taste has strong notes of cherries and raisins with a smooth nutty finish.

Not a big sherry cask fan, but this one surprisingly smooth.

Flaviar Advent, Day 21. On the nose: grape/strawberry/mixed berry jam, grapes (sherry notes), a bit of a sweet "crumble" note. On the pallet, sherry, vanilla & oak. Thin finish but easy to drink if you don't want something too heavy.

Fruity, smooth, delicious

Tastes like a scotch. Nice. Sherry cask not overbearing. Very drinkable.
