Suavecito Blanco Tequila

A delicate Agave Spirt from Los Altos, Jalisco, Mexico crafted with Weber Azul Agave that is cooked in stone/brick ovens; fermented in stainless steel tanks; double distilled in Stainless Pot Still that has a Copper Coil & has 2% Agave nectar added before bottling at 35% ABV. It has a delicate birth with notes of cooked agave, citrus, nuts, herbs & spices; while a smooth life adds notes of orange, mint & anise; that leads to a quick & balanced death with notes of Agave nectar, white pepper, almonds & leather. For a Blanco, it has a small presence of agave due to the added agave nectar for smoothness. This is not an "additive free" tequila, but still shows some good flashes. Light notes of agave, with bold notes of honey, citrus, and peppermint. The nose is full of fruit and honey with remnants of agave. The finish is smooth and sweet with the agave nectar-honey flavor. This tequila suits great in a cocktail or as a shooter for a celebration.

Strangely sweet finish do to the added agave nectar. Not great.
