The single malt whisky here was matured in refill & ex-bourbon American oak and is finished in stone-spun & toasted American oak casks.
Bottled at 58.7% ABV, it's available in limited quantities in the US beginning October 2024. (SRP $105).

Tasting Notes
"The aroma has a mild smoked meats note to it along with seaweed and tobacco. Those smoky notes intensify just a touch to a moderate level on the palate with that sweet bacon-y flavor. Also found on the palate is vanilla cream and gentle barrel tannins which pair nicely with the rich malt. While it is fine to drink neat, each taste brings out the Red Hot cinnamon candies flavor a bit more. Water softens the edges just a touch."
