Talisker Skye

This is much more Milder on the nose compared to 10yr, it’s got a big spicy and Smokey hit - but the peat is mild so creates a nice balance. This is easily the nicest peat whisky I’ve had in a long time, a winner in my book..... goes well with orange garnish or a bit of orange flavoured dark chocolate

Nice scotch. Very nicely balanced peat and fruit with a little salty sea air.

Caramel and light smoke on the nose. Mouthfeel is quite thick and oily. Sweet salted Caramel and honey. Chocolate later on then a spicy, peppery finish. Smoked peat is there but stays in the background. A really enjoyable whisky.
