Tanqueray London Dry Gin (47.3%)

I am not a huge Gin drinker, but I love this brand. I found it too be very smooth. It is the kind of alcohol that will sneak up on you. Goes down so easy you don't realize what has hit you until you stand up. Love it with tonic water and a lime.

Spicy citrus would be a good way to describe this. Aside from the piney juniper, I get lemon zest, grapefruit, black tea, calamansi, celery stalk, and a vaguely floral aroma, like dandelions or something. It's bright and soft, drinks easy neat, and mixes in very very comfortably. It's a go-to if you want a harmonious blend, but not if you want your gin to leap out.
