burnt leather, smoky and very peaty. The most interesting yet. Wouldn’t rule that out again, but maybe not a whole bottle. 👍

Very light smoke. Acid finish.

Nose: Vanilla, lemon peel, sea salt, menthol, subtle peat, subtle BBQ meats and hints of cocoa. Palate: Viscous and semisweet with vanilla, black pepper, umami, sea salt, ham, subtle peat, subtle lemon cake and hints of dark chocolate. Finish: Medium length with subtle vanilla, sweet peat, lemon pastries and menthol.
