The 26 year single malt from Teeling was a 1,000 bottle release, which retailed at approximately 450 Euros. The last few bottles to be found can be located at the distillery or at a few fine retail shops around the world, excluding the U.S. The whiskey was finished for a year and a half in white Burgundy casks and is offered in a hand-designed bottle. Review from bottle #787.

Tasting Notes

"Find light tropical fruits on the nose, along with grapes, and whiffs of smoke. This is an exceedingly easy-drinking dram that could be knocked back in rapid succession. The palate offers cereal grain, honey, figs, light toffee, and more grapes and tropical fruits. The finish throws in a surprise with a burst of spicy wood."
