Teeling Single Grain Whiskey

I'm not a huge fan of this, definitely did not feel like a standard Irish whiskey, this is probably due to the high corn bill. I got some orange peel, brown sugar and nougat on the nose. It was a little bitter and did not feel very complex, a little young.

Dry, too spicy and a little simple. Yes, the review is right, you can taste all of these notes... but they come out so weakly in a hollow way, I was upset since I was so eager to try another Teeling after falling head-over-heels in love with Teeling Small Batch Rum Cask.

Not to sweet. Finishes dry like a full bodied red wine. It would be better if it was spicier.

Sweet and rich like a corn pudding with smoothness from the wine barrel. Really fascinating
