Golden light in color. Astringent on the nose, almost of spearmint with hints of butter. Immediate caramel flavor on the taste, some light cinnamon and baking chocolate leads to a very long finish. Very good whiskey.

Nice and sweet, like most Irish whiskeys. A decent amount of vanilla flavor as well.
