Tequila BlancoDistilled from 100% blue Weber agave, it is typically unaged , clear, and bottled straight after distillation. Sometimes rested in stainless steel up to 60 days and can also be aged in wood for no more than 30 days.
Tasting Notes
"Suppressed heat allows a pretty, floral sweetness, along with suggestions of crème brûlée, to dominate the nose. More spice and a latent heat are revealed on the palate: think white pepper, roasted agave, and a creamy mouthfeel. A medium finish offers fading hints of spice. A nice, silver sipper."
